After a heartbreaking loss to Japan in the William Jones cup the Philippines exacted sweet revenge by coming from behind and beating the Japanese last night.
Sonny Thoss would prove to be a pillar of strength and an able replacement for Japeth Aguilar as he topscored with 15 points.
Mick Pennisi, Asi Taulava and the amazing Cyrus Baguio would provide Thoss with ample support.
